Michael Likosky from the London based School for Oriental and African Studies interviewed major players involved in this zone as well in Silicon Valley. "It's so useful to look at how the zones actually function in practice" says Mr. Likosky.

It does so through several case studies looking at energy projects, post-war reconstruction, anti-terrorism and critical national infrastructures and also the expansion of EU infrastructures into new member states. He also explores the role of infrastructure projects in high tech zones.
