All registration fees include full documentation, mid-session refreshments and luncheon with wine or soft drinks.
Discounts
A 15% discount for each second and subsequent delegate from the same organisation is available, or 15% discount for each delegate from LDC status countries. (see UNIDO website for list). Only one discount may be applied for each delegate and these additional discounts do not apply to delegates from South Africa.
ON RECEIPT OF YOUR REGISTRATION WE WILL FORWARD OUR INVOICE FOR PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER OR CHEQUE. FEES ARE PAYABLE BEFORE THE DATE OF THE EVENT - THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
Please contact us before the event if for any reason you have not received written acknowledgment of your registration, details of the Conference Venue and any hotel reservations and your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing 21 days prior to the event and will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee unless a substitute delegate is nominated. If less than 21 days notice is given no refunds will be available, however substitutions will still be accepted. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the content and timing of the programme, or any other aspect of the event, when unavoidable. Our liability in the unlikely event of a cancellation will be limited to a refund of the full conference fee.
